1. Introduction
TrueHeat Limited is a gas and plumbing service provider based in Shropshire, U.K. These Terms govern all services provided by TrueHeat Limited to our customers. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We offer the following services:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances
Plumbing services, including installations and emergency repairs

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Estimates: We will provide you with a detailed estimate for the work to be carried out. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3.2. Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, contactless payment, cheque and cash.
3.3. Late Payment: If payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount per day.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4.2. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technician availability or supply issues. We will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Warranties
5.1. Workmanship Warranty: All services provided by TrueHeat Limited come with a 12-month workmanship warranty. If any issues arise within this period, we will return to rectify the problem free of charge, if related to the initial problem, if not then this will be chargeable.
5.2. Product Warranties: Any warranties on parts or products used during our services will be subject to the manufacturer's terms. We will inform you of these warranties at the time of service.
6. Liability
6.1. General Liability: TrueHeat Limited is not liable for any damage or loss caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, or third-party interference.
6.2. Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the area where the work is being conducted is safe and free of hazards.
6.3. Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
7. Compliance with UK Gas Safety Regulations
TrueHeat Limited strictly adheres to the UK's Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations. All gas-related work will be carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. You are required to comply with all relevant safety regulations, including providing access to gas appliances and ensuring your property is compliant with safety standards.
8. Complaints Procedure

9. Privacy and Data Protection
